Cooking
First make the pancakes. To do this, combine eggs with milk, then add sugar and salt, oil and gradually the flour. Greens finely crumble and add to the dough. Fry the pancakes on a heated and oiled pan on both sides. Get 5 pancakes.
Tomatoes cut into slices, cheese grate on a coarse grater, mushrooms cut into plates and fry slightly, a little prisolit.
I still wanted to make one cake a layer of garlic (but it's not for everybody!) I mixed a tablespoon of sour cream with garlic and then a medium crust missed (if someone wants It with garlic to do this). Here everything is ready... so, we begin to shape our pie.
To do this in the form put a pancake on it slices of our tomatoes
On tomatoes put the mushrooms.
All this sprinkle with cheese and cover with a second pancake. And so on we spread the toppings on our pancakes.
Top the pancake sprinkle with cheese only. And put into the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Ready pie cool slightly and serve hot or cold.
