Cooking
Boil potatoes, peel, cut into small cubes.
Mushrooms and onions finely chop, add salt, fry in small amount of vegetable oil. Add to the potatoes.
Eggs boil, peel and cut into small cubes.
Boiled meat and dry-cured sausage (you can do without it), finely chop.
Next, chop pickled cucumbers.
Make sauce: to the sour cream add the mustard and lemon juice
Sausage cheese grate, chop the dill (I dill was frozen) add to sauce and stir.
Ready sauce to fill the salad, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and you can drink!!!
