Tartlets with bacon and egg
A good dish is suitable for Breakfast or as a snack. Tartlets from shortcake dough filled with a tasty filling, with which you can experiment! Taste such tartaletki resemble something between a hearty patties (due to test) and scrambled eggs. Well combined with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Shortbread dough

    500 g

  • Bacon

    220 g

  • Chicken egg

    10 piece

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Onions clear. Wash thoroughly with cold water and finely chop.

Bacon (110 g) was gently cut into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan for 3 minutes, carefully add the bacon and onions. Sauté 5 minutes and cool the filling. The first option toppings ready!

The second part of the same fry bacon, then mix it with chopped green onions. This will be the second option toppings! Optionally, you can change the toppings by adding, for example, sauteed with onions mushrooms, or something else at your discretion.

Divide the dough into 8 circles, each of which roll out, and then put in a greased with sunflower oil form. (I used ramekins). Attention, roll out very thin, otherwise the dough will not be baked!
