Description
Baked Apple with nuts and honey in a delicate vanilla sauce. This dish wins the simplicity of preparation and sophistication of flavour. For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Forest and walnuts to clean up.
Grind.
Wash the Apple, scoop out the flesh, place in a heatproof dish and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the egg yolks with a mixer with vanilla sugar.
To the mixture add the milk and cardamom. In a water bath, stirring constantly, bring to thickening. Do not allow to boil!
