Thoroughly wash the mushrooms. Cut legs.
Finely chop (or chop in a blender) the stem of mushrooms, greens, pepper. Grate cheese. We mix it all together. Add the mayonnaise and salt.
Stuffed filled mushroom caps. Put them in the oiled form and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
