Sushi with mushrooms and chicken
"Very tasty and unusual" - so said my children and guests. No one realized that the stuffing is mushrooms. Everyone said a familiar taste, and what exactly is not clear...

The rice and chicken I have already cooked in salted water. Mushrooms thawed, finely chopped and put in a heated pan to fry. Added chopped onion and grated carrot. Poured olive oil. Poured Cayenne pepper, ground white pepper and salt. Fry 15 minutes on medium heat.

On the table spread a Mat and on it put down a sheet of nori. On nori put the rice. The rice is flattened, but not to the edge. Bottom of rice put 1/3 of the mushroom filling. For the filling put unlikely cubes of chicken fillet.
