After reading an article recently about the benefits of lentils, could not resist not to cook from her dish. The vegetable soup though, but I was very hearty and delicious.

Cooking

And after 20 minutes of stewing vegetables added to them meatballs. Put another 20 minutes in the oven. Salt to taste.

Served the soup with sauteed mushrooms and fresh parsley.
