Mushroom julienne with eggplant
On the website a lot of recipes, I'm sure, even in spite of them. But I have slightly upgraded. The eggplant combined with a traditional taste and give something new.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    10-13 шт

  • Eggplant

    1 шт

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Sour cream

    1 ст. л.

  • Cheese

    200-250 г

  • Walnuts

    2 ч. л.

  • Spices

  • Butter

Prepare all the products and proceed.

Detachable the mushrooms legs and hats, finely chop.

Eggplant peel on peel and grate on a coarse grater or slightly puree them in a blender. On my photo don't look like that first slice, then changed his mind. Onions also cut finely.

In butter fry the eggplant first, then add the onions, cook until soft, add the mushrooms and two teaspoons of walnuts chopped nuts.
