Ingredients

  • Oyster mushrooms

    1000 г

  • Salt

    1 ст. л.

  • Water

    1000 мл

  • Vinegar

    1/3 стак.

  • Bay leaf

  • Cinnamon

  • Allspice

    1 ч. л.

  • Carnation

    3 шт

  • A bouillon cube

    1 шт

  • Mustard

    1 ч. л.

1 kg of oyster mushrooms and tear the hands, not cut, size to your taste, but for me it is bigger

Prepare spices.

In a saucepan pour 750 ml of water, pour spices, vinegar

Bring the marinade to a boil and put the mushrooms. In a separate glass dilute in boiling water mushroom bouillon cube and pour in the mushrooms with the marinade.

Once the marinade from the mushrooms boils cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 25 minutes

Cool mushrooms right in the marinade. Filter. And serve with green onion and vegetable oil

The rest of the mushrooms can be folded into a jar and storing in the refrigerator.
