This, in my opinion, the most interesting and delicious food combinations. For the first time this salad I have tasted in a cafe 6 years ago and just fell in love with him. During the week, every day went to have lunch at this cafe and just ordered it. Now cook it myself. The whole family loves it and guests do not leave without a prescription. The only thing BUT - for our family it is still the main dish and we eat it without the dressing.

Pear is better to take the "Royal". Cut it into thin slices.
The liver is suitable only for sheep or beef. Pork not take, here it is not. Wash, clean from films and lived. This dish is particularly important. Cut it into long and thin wedges.
Oil heated in a frying pan and fry the liver for 5 minutes. NO MORE. You can check it in one piece, by cutting it with a spoon. If there is no blood, so ready.
Then salt, add seasoning and a pear, turn off the heat and close the lid.
Leave the liver with pear for a couple of minutes yet will be served to the table.
