Pickled mushrooms
Want to continue the theme of pickled vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Pepper white

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Dry white wine

    1/8 л

  • Olive oil

    4 ст. л.

  • Garlic

    4 зуб.

  • Mushrooms

    300 г

  • Shallots

    2 шт

  • Lemon juice

    1-2 ст. л.

  • Chili

    1 шт

  • Bay leaf

    1 шт

  • Parsley

    1/2 пуч.

In olive oil lightly fry the onion and garlic

Add the mushrooms and fry, stirring continuously, add wine lemon juice (I added some juice and the sour turn, but who is) I suggest to add the juice little by little and try.

The mushrooms pour in wine and add 1 tsp water, sprinkle with salt, put a little white pepper, Bay leaf, Chile and parsley and cook for 15 min. Put in a Cup, close and leave to steep.
