Mushroom tartare
Today we will cook you a mushroom tartare. I think everyone is familiar with meat, even have probably tried. Mushroom will not be inferior in taste! And most importantly, quick and easy!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 г

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Brown sugar

    1 ч. л.

  • Salt

    1 щепот.

  • Soy sauce

    2 ст. л.

  • Chili

    1 шт

  • Green onions

    2 шт

  • Sunflower oil

    4 ст. л.

Chanterelles and mushrooms clean.

Cut into small pieces

Cut onion and garlic into small pieces. Warm up sunflower oil and fry the onion for 2 minutes.

Add to the onions mushrooms and garlic. Stir and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add sugar, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce "Kikkoman". Mix well. Fry for 1 minute.

Add the finely sliced chilli. Stir and remove from heat.

In the still-hot mushrooms add chopped green onion. A little bit, 2 feather, for beauty. It's time to serve.
