Stuffed mushrooms with original taste.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 г

  • Onion

  • Bacon

    150 г

  • Sausage

    150 г

  • Apple

    1 шт

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

    150 мл

  • Vinegar

    2 ст. л.

  • Garlic

    3 зуб.

  • Bread

Whisk vinegar with oil and crushed garlic. Pour the cleaned mushrooms without legs and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Fry the mushrooms in the marinade, turning several times, about 8-10 minutes.

Melt the butter and fry the onion (roughly chopped), add bacon (diced) and fry until Golden brown. Add sausage and diced Apple. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Of bread make toast and spread on serving plates.
