The liver and lung wash to drain
Grind in a blender, add garlic and beans
Mushrooms finely chop and fry in vegetable oil, salted
Stir in the ground mushrooms, add eggs, salt, pepper, add spices, starch and gelatin. Knead well.
Laying a lot on plastic wrap, roll the sausage. Edge to secure the wire. Can thread, but I rejected it due to the fact that it slides.
