Cooking
Mushrooms wash, cut out legs, sprinkle with oil and salt;
Legs finely chop and fry in butter;
Buckwheat mixed with fried mushrooms, add finely chopped garlic, salt, sour cream; Mushrooms spread on parchment in a heat resisting form and stuff the filling;
Sprinkle with grated cheese, then spread on top of sweet pepper, slices, hollow inside; the Middle a little indentation with your finger, forming a hole;
In the hole with the eggs and a little prisolit top;
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes;
Serve with greens in warm or cold!
