Mushrooms-fries with yogurt sauce
Many of us love French fries, despite its monopolisent, so to speak. In Jamie's journal Magazine I found the recipe for mushrooms, which I hope will interest you. Jamie recommends feeding them with lemons and garlic mayonnaise, I decided to make the sauce, which, incidentally, is a good dressing for spring salads. Try it, it's great! Fungi crispy on the outside and tender on the inside!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    250 г

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

  • Yogurt

    200 г

  • Olive oil

  • Lime

  • Mint

Mushrooms cut into slices, about half an inch.

Slightly moistened with water and put it into the bag with flour and salt, shake.

Then dip in the lightly beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs. Spread on a Board, covered with parchment and put in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.

While the mushrooms are resting, make the sauce. Mix all ingredients in a blender, add salt to taste. If you use lemon juice adjust, because it is more acidic lime.

Take out the mushrooms, fry in deep fat just a couple of minutes.

Spread on paper towel to get rid of excess fat.

Serve sprinkled with salt, with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Yummy, check it out!
