Salad
This salad I was served in the restaurant. Loved it! Now cook at home. Hearty, zesty salad perfect for any holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 г

  • Chicken fillet

    150 г

  • Walnuts

    50 г

  • Garlic

  • Mayonnaise

    100 г

  • Vegetable oil

Chicken fillet put on to cook in salted water until tender. Take out from the broth, cooled.

Until fillet is cooked. Clean and wash mushrooms, cut into cubes.

Lightly salt the mushrooms, fry in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes (until tender). Cooled.

Grind the walnuts with a knife or a rolling pin to get smaller pieces.

Fry the nuts until light it will turn brown.

Cut chilled fillets, add the mushrooms, the nuts, press out the garlic C/o chesnokodavilku, mayonnaise. Let stand 1 hour. The salad is ready.
