If you think that the pasta is not served on a festive table, then I want to convince you! If you take lumaconi and stuff their aromatic mushroom stuffing with rice and serve, garnished with vegetables and greens - will be great, unusual and delicious appetizer for any holiday table!

Cooking
Boil pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, not digest, so as not collapsed; Drain in a colander, rinse to cool;
Mushrooms fry in butter till a good brown;
To the rice add the mushrooms, the finely chopped garlic and greens (I have green onions and parsley;
Salt and pepper to taste, sour cream, and stir;
Lumaconi to lay out on a plate, sprinkle with the cheese and slightly melt it in the microwave to sprinkle;
Lumaconi decorate with vegetables and greens (I have cherry tomatoes, cucumber, the pickle and parsley);
Serve as a snack in both warm and cold!
