Mushrooms in lemon and brandy marinade
Try to prepare this wonderful appetizer, and You will have a new taste of mushrooms!

Ingredients

  • Cognac

    2 ст. л.

  • Lemon juice

    2 ст. л.

  • Olive oil

    50 мл

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Mushrooms

    200 г

  • Black pepper

    1/4 ч. л.

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

    0,5 ч. л.

Finely chop the onion and fry in butter three or four minutes.

Mushrooms wash, dry, cut into four parts. Add to the onions and cook for another couple of minutes.

Now add salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for five minutes. Then pour in the brandy and let it evaporate on high heat for one minute.
