Cooking
The lentils boil for 10 minutes, add salt (0.5 tsp. salt). 1 part lentils take 2 parts water. I use yellow lentils Turkish stab from TM "Mistral".
Boiled lentils grind in a blender, adding 100 ml. of cream.
To combine mashed potatoes, egg, lentils, baking soda, both types of flour. Mix with a whisk.
In a frying pan, heat both kinds of oil. Put a tablespoon of batter and fry tortillas on both sides for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Prepare the mushrooms. Wash, chop, saute 10 minutes, adding 100 ml. of water.
Add the mushrooms 100 ml of cream, stew for another 5 minutes.
Mushrooms season with salt, add curry, stir and remove from heat.
Serve tortillas with the mushrooms, adding parsley. BON APPETIT!!!
