Cut the onion into rings or half rings. Squeeze the lemon on the onions and stir. Leave at least 10-15 minutes. Before serving, stir again and VOILA! While You fuss and set the table, the onions soaked in lemon juice, and You will enjoy the incredible taste such a simple, quick and delicious. Serve a shish kebab, and the herring, and just because it's delicious... And lemon and onions have a beneficial (healing) properties. R. S. All brilliant-easy!
