Bean Julien bacon
Hot appetizer for lovers of the bean!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Brisket

    50 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

For this dish I used red kidney beans from "Mistral"

Beans soak for 1 hour and boil until tender. I had already cooked and frozen, I just thawed

Cut salt pork belly or bacon

Add sour cream and nutmeg (crushed), stir

Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven until cheese is Browning
