Spicy carrots
A wonderful side dish.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    500 g

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

Carrots clean, cut into pieces. (little little carrot looks spectacular, for example Carrots GreenLine "Little-Morkoshka")

The pan to heat add all the ingredients except the carrots, wait until the sugar melts. Add carrots, stir, cover and keep on low heat until done (remove a little hard) for about 10-15 minutes.
