Cooking
1. Eggplant cut lengthwise. The flesh is cut into with a knife, not cutting through the peel. Salt, grate skip through the press garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
2. Bake in a preheated 200C oven until Golden brown.
3. Tomatoes cut into 2 or 4 pieces and fry in a pan until soft.
4. In the ladle or pot to mix the sugar. soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, bring to the boil and heat until the mixture slightly thickens.
5. On eggplant put tomato slices on top of the pieces of cheese. Then sprinkle chopped green onions.
6. Figs cut into slices. From above to lay plates of figs. Bake in the oven at 200C for a few minutes so the cheese melted.
