Description

Leeks with red pepper
Today popular leek is second only to garlic and bulb onions. But leeks are much softer than regular onions, so I often use it in dishes where you need a delicate onion flavor and aroma. And benefits of leeks have been known in the distant past, due to the high content of potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, sulfur and magnesium.
