Marinated eggplant with cabbage and Apple
Very delicious eggplants! Apple gives special softness (like, this recipe is not found...)

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1.5 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Vinegar

    0.3 cup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil eggplant in salted water, cut along. To lay on the Board, press the weight to drain juice and allow to cool.

Carrot grate, onion, quarter of a small cabbage, Apple, bell pepper, a slice of red hot pepper, parsley and garlic cut into strips.

Mix everything.

Stuff the eggplants. To prepare the marinade: 1 liter of water, 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar bring to a boil, remove from heat and immediately pour 0.3 tbsp. vinegar. Pour the marinade eggplants (they should be covered)

Allow to cool our eggplant, cover with a lid and refrigerate. After 5 days take it out and enjoy!
