Cauliflower with chickpeas and ginger

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    600 g

  • Pepper

    250 g

  • Chickpeas

    150 g

  • Ginger

    30 g

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

Chickpeas soak overnight in water at room temperature. Pour water so that its level was slightly above the chickpeas.
