To prepare the products. Wash vegetables and clean.

Boil meat in 2 liters of water add carrots, onions, celery, allspice and black pepper and 2-3 cloves.

Strain the broth, vegetables, squeeze and throw.

Carrots and celery slice into strips, bulb onion and leek grind. Mushrooms cut into thin slices. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

To prepare the spices. We need: 2 tbsp curry a pinch of marjoram, 1 tbsp dried red paprika, 1 tbsp dried Basil, black pepper and salt to taste.
