Description
Very easy to prepare appetizer of canned tuna, black lentils and onions will look beautiful on the holiday table. Offer to prepare a snack on the Christmas table. Black lentils look like caviar, and your guests will be surprised by this appetizer.

Cooking
Red onion finely chopped, add the lemon juice, stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.
While onion is marinating, cook the lentils TM "Mistral", as indicated on the package.
From canned tuna to drain the oil and mash them with a fork and add to the marinated onions.
Add the cooked black lentils and black pepper.
Mix well.
A snack to put in the spoons and garnish with rings of red onion, herbs and cranberries.
