Salad with millet with vegetables
Summer-bright, juicy taste, almost Tabula, but from the wheat... Salad with Golden millet "Mistral" with vegetables and almond nuts.

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 шт

  • Red onion

    1/2 шт

  • Garlic

    1 зуб.

  • Greens

    3 ст. л.

  • Olive oil

    3 ст. л.

  • Almonds

    20 г

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Millet

    2 пакет.

Cooking

In boiling salted water, drop two bags of millet. Cook for 25 minutes. At the end of cooking, remove the packets and drain off the water.

On a heated pan with vegetable oil, fry the red onion, cut into wedges/quarters. Reduce heat, cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Finely dice the tomatoes, add chopped herbs, chopped garlic. To connect with olive oil. Mix well.

Add to vegetables diced onions.

Grind in a blender almonds, to a state of crumbs, not the cereal. Mix well.
