Mushrooms with Adygei cheese
A light and tasty appetizer of mushroom and cheese! The site has a similar recipe, but mine is still different. Welcome to the table and try my version!

  • Mushrooms

    500 г

  • Adyghe cheese

    150 г

  • Sour cream

    2 ст. л.

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Dill

    1 пуч.

  • Salt

Wash the mushrooms, separate the legs from hats ( you can use them for another dish). I had a few pascopella spoon inside the cap to remove the spongy membrane.

Grate the cheese, crush the garlic, chop the dill and mix everything with sour cream (yogurt), salt.

Stuff mushroom caps and bake at 170 gr. 15-20 minutes

Serve as an appetizer. Or adding a side dish get the second dish for lunch, with vegetables is a perfect light dinner. Bon appetit!
