Cooking
Defrost the mussels, add chopped red onion, crumble with your hands the pod of chili pepper (if dried) or chop it finely (if fresh), add the teriyaki sauce "Kikkoman", oil and leave to marinate for half an hour. The amount of pepper adjust to taste - I added half a pod (5 cm).
Cottage cheese mix with crushed garlic and dill.
Loaf (baguette) cut into slices diagonally and fry on a dry pan.
On toasted baguette, spread curd cheese with dill and garlic, spread sun-dried tomatoes.
On top lay the marinated mussels. With a glass of wine this appetizer is just gorgeous - once you feel that spring has come!!!
