Since I have become an avid cottager-farmers, and read the relevant literature. And, oddly enough, often in these magazines ("the Gardener and the gardener","My lovely dacha", etc.) come across recipes shared by readers. So once again, I saw the recipe for this simple salad. Fortunately all ingredients were at hand, prepared. The salad was originally called "Freshness", but under this name their site a lot. So forgive me the author, I renamed it. The salad turns out fresh-invigorating. Spicy salad add mustard and pepper.

Cooking
Onion peel and cut into half rings. I used two onions for color and taste palette. Peppers also clean from seeds and cut into half rings. Pepper you can also take yellow, red. What you will like.
Daikon first, peel and grate on a grater. To do the same with cucumber. Grated daikon radish with salt and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then overcome.

Prepare the dressing. Mix mustard, salt, mixture of peppers, vinegar and oil. I took a strong mustard. Mix it all together.
Connect the vegetables to mix. To fill and stir again. All! The salad is ready! You can enjoy the fresh, crisp and healthy salad!
