Cooking
Lollo, arugula wash and dry, chop coarsely or pick.
To do the same and endivie.
Finely chop the onion.
Nuts to break, cut the GS. Mix with the salad.
For the filling: in a resealable jar, pour the oil, honey, lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper, shake well and season salad.
