Description

Easy to prepare. The dough, though made with yeast, but does not require long proofing. Baked immediately after preparation of the test. If someone was preparing a "Homemade" cookies, besides the taste of my cookies will be familiar.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    0,5 ст. л.

  • Water

    0,035 мл

  • Chicken egg

    1-2 шт

  • Flour

    400 г

  • Sugar

    150 г

  • Margarine

    250 г

Dissolve yeast in warm water. While they're coming, we strojem in a bowl the flour with the softened margarine.

Mash the margarine with the flour to avoid lumps.Make a hole in deepening pour the yeast.

This also add eggs(I had one can two). Knead the dough, if too sticky, you can add a bit more flour.

Domeshivat to the point where it does not stick to hands(it is not very elastic, tight, so that the flour will not overdo it, and it will crumble).

Divide into pieces, roll out into a rope about 2.5-3 cm in diameter, dip them in sugar.
