Description
Graviola is very delicate cookie with lemon zest and fragrant spices, in a floral design, covered with apricot jam, and the middle is hazelnut and zukaty. And you can still middle to make marmalade, chocolate, jam. Very simple and fast to cook, and eaten immediately, click as nuts. Well sooooo tasty with or have a cuppa kopeechka!

Cooking
Sugar RUB with margarine at room temperature.
Add eggs and sour cream, mix.
Add zest, soda slaked lemon juice, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon.
Pour 3 cups of flour, stir well.
Pour the remaining flour on table and knead the dough, gentle (no more than 5 cups of flour!). Put the dough in a bowl, cover with film and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
On floured surface roll out the dough and mold to squeeze the flowers. Grease the top of the jam and put in the middle of cyatic or nut. Bake in a preheated 200*C oven for 15 - 17 minutes (until Golden brown). Put on with paper baking sheet.
You can make the middle of the jam, or chopped candy (marmalade in chocolate) and put in the center of the flowers.
Between the two flowers to put a peanut or a piece of chocolate and dazzle the petals of the flowers, so that the filling was in the middle.
PS If you want to get a softer cookie, roll out the dough with a thickness of 0.4 - 0.5 cm. Bon appetit!
