Chocolate chip cookies

Description

For chocoholics. Very similar taste to brownies. Cook quickly and easily. Very very tasty.

Ingredients

Dark chocolate

Butter

Brown sugar

215 г
Chicken egg

Cocoa powder

Cooking

Melt the chocolate with the butter over medium heat stirring occasionally. Because the oil a bit, the chocolate will get thick.

Mix all the dry ingredients and mix well.

Beat the eggs with a small amount of sugar.

Connect the flour with the egg mixture. The eggs should be whipped until thick white foam.

Add the chocolate.

Knead the dough. I knead with hands and make a thick batter as for cake "potato". Knead carefully because the hot chocolate a little.

Preheat the oven to 160 gr. On baking paper, arrange the balls of dough the size of a walnut. Slightly flatten the bottom of the glass, not very thin, about 1 cm tall.

So should get. Why not thin? The middle of the cookie then it will be slightly damp and stringy. But the bake should be no more than 10-12 minutes.
