Chocolate cake-meringue
How to decorate a cake for a christening.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

  • Sugar

    380 g

  • Butter

    313 g

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Yeast

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • White chocolate

Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until mixture becomes light. Pour it into chocolate, I whipped it with a mixer. Then add the flour and yeast.
