Chocolate buckwheat cookies
Tea is perfect it is soft, crumbly biscuits. Chocolate taste with slightly perceptible nut-buckwheat notes will surprise any. And what part of it is lentils, for all will remain a mystery.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

  • Buckwheat flour

  • Flour almond

  • Coffee natural

  • Vanilla

Lentils, rinse and boil according to the instructions on the package. Green lentils I put 110 ml of water and boiled on a slow fire under the lid closed for 35-40 minutes.

Lentils blend it together with 50 ml of coffee (I coffee added 1 tsp of sugar) through the blender.

Mix buckwheat and almond (you can take any other nut) flour, cane sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla.

Add to dry ingredients pureed lentils and mix thoroughly. Knead the dough.

The dough can be rolled out in the thickness of 5-7 mm. I came easily: they rolled up balls and then flattened into a pancake. Put on the laid parchment or silicone Mat baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
