Very tasty and delicate dessert.

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    300 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Egg white

    5 piece

  • Pine nuts

    40 g

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Flour

    20 g

  • Salt

Beat until peak whites with a pinch of salt. still whisking, gradually add all the sugar / 5 minutes /.

Grind the almonds and add to the protein mass. mix gently with a spoon.

Grease and sprinkle with flour a baking dish / 30 cm /. to shift into the form of meringue, sprinkle with nuts.

Bake in the oven at 160" - about 45 / 50 minutes.
