Description

Scottish oatmeal cookies
What could be simpler than this cookie? Nothing could be simpler! :) This cookie by itself is very nutritious but easy to prepare. It can be eaten with butter, cheese and even honey. Having gone far in history, I would say that the Scots mixed the oat flour with water and fried the cookies on a hot pan! Try to cook this unusual cookie!
