I bought corn flour today and start experimenting. Already made and posted cookies "Cloud", and this is another option for lovers of oatmeal.
Ingredients

Oat flakes

Mix in one bowl of oatmeal, cocoa, coconut, cornmeal, sugar and baking powder. And the other egg, soft butter and milk.
Mix all together, knead homogeneous dough and send in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
To form truffles and bake at 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
The finished cookies not much increase, a little crack.
