Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix thoroughly with a mixer the butter, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, baking powder, salt

While the balls are cooling on rack, prepare frosting. I have it turned a little wrong, he didn't have enough powdered sugar, I had to add sugar. But I wouldn't want to do. Proper icing should be very white and must be clearly visible on the cookie (which I failed to achieve for the above reason). So, prepare the glaze. Thoroughly whisk the milk, butter melted, powdered sugar and vanilla. And dip the tops of cooled cookies in the frosting. Spread it on parchment, so that the frosting had dried.
