Description
This recipe got me a cooking magazine, and I immediately decided that we have the oven! These cookies usually bake in the Northern regions of Brazil to the rainy weather, hence the name.

Cooking
Here we need the ingredients.
Corn and wheat sift the flour together with the yeast.
Received the egg-milk mixture slowly pour in the dry mixture and knead the dough. It should be elastic. If the dough sticks to hands, add some more wheat flour. Let it rise 30 minutes in a warm place.
After a time, roll the dough into a bundle, cut into small pieces, roll into pellets. In the recipe we recommend to fry in plenty of oil until Golden brown. I have a few pieces still roasted, in order to try the original.
But for me it's bold, and the children not very useful. So I departed from the recipe and put it on a baking sheet and bake until Golden brown.
They are delicious roasted (on the original), and baked with milk or tea!
