Carrot RUB on a small grater. The process is labor intensive...
Mix with milk and put in a preheated 150 degree oven for 20 minutes. The milk is evaporated and carrots are tender.
Cashew nuts grind in a blender, but not much. Grind the raisins. Prepare everything else. Butter is slightly softened.
The carrots cool a bit and mix with all the other products. It turns out a dense mass.
Lay it on kremanka, compacted and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Before serving, decorate with candied fruit and jam.
Dessert with an unusual flavor, tender, but at the same time very rich and hearty! Well, the presence of a large amount of carrots, spiced butter, making it still useful. Enjoy your tea!
