Cooking
Carrot and Apple cut into cubes and pripustit in milk.
Prunes to soak, boil and finely chop.
Egg yolks with sugar, combine with carrots, apples, a spoon of pine nuts, breadcrumbs, cinnamon and prunes.
Mix well and enter the beaten egg whites.
Ready Massa put in shape and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
For the decoration of a tiger I took powdered sugar, pine nuts, sugar pencils and prunes.
So the pudding looks in the cut.
