Ingredients : Wash and clean seeds from peppers, garlic into slices,the celery into small pieces.

In water 0.5 liters, add salt, sugar, Bay leaf, black pepper,essences or vinegar, vegetable oil and bring to a boil.

The peppers gently fold in the marinade, boil for 10-15 minutes, remove. In the same way boil the marinade celery, cranberries and garlic. A few cloves of garlic, leave fresh.

Fold the peppers in a bowl , adding chopped parsley, pour the marinade on top, close and store in the fridge.
