My new pans was accompanied by a recipe book, where I found this cookie. True, I added more dried fruit than in the recipe and I got chocolate with spices. Very tasty!!!

Cooking
Dried fruit and nuts are finely chopped.
Melt the butter with the sugar.
Stirring constantly, add in the hot butter 3 tbsp. flour with a slide, dried fruit and nuts.
Baking tray lay a baking paper. The paper can not be lubricated with oil (in cookies enough oil to avoid sticking). With a teaspoon put the dough on a baking sheet, immediately giving it the desired shape.
Chocolate break, adding to it the spices and melt it in a water bath with the addition of 2 tbsp of milk.
Cookies bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Hot cookies will crumble, so you need to let it cool down and then place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Each cookie lubricate the chocolate mass. Gently transfer the cookies on the Board, so the biscuits do not touch each other, and to store it in the fridge to full solidification of the chocolate mass.
As I wrote in the description, due to the large amount of dried fruit in my cookies was like candy, but if you still want to eat cookies, the number of fruit costs to reduce in half.
