Dessert
Originally, the recipe was listed as "casserole", but after trying, I didn't turn around so this dish is called! A stunning dessert, unusual taste which gives the wine the cream, the which I here will tell.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    4 ломт.

  • Chicken egg

  • Raisins

  • Vanilla

    1 ст. л.

  • Sugar

    40 г

  • Powdered sugar

    4 ч. л.

  • Lemon peel

    3 ст. л.

  • Sweet white wine

    125 мл

  • Almonds

    3 ст. л.

  • Starch

  • Cream

    125 мл

  • Butter

    50 г

Bread cut with crust. The bread pulp into cubes. Butter to melt. Add raisins and peeled sunflower seeds, which you first need to grind in a blender. (I have not had seeds, so I used a piece of brittle). Pour the oil on the bread cubes.

Mix cream, 3 eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Pour this mixture into the bread. Allow to soak for 10 minutes. Fry the almonds in a skillet (without oil). Spread the bread.

Put all in a greased baking tray and then into oven, preheated to 180 degrees. 30 minutes!

Prepare the sauce: combine the wine, remaining egg, sugar and starch. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until, until it forms foamy mass.

Cut the dessert into portions!

Serve hot. And don't forget to pour a wine cream!
