Tart with bananas and chocolate
Delicious French tarte (tarte), easy to prepare. Will appeal to both adults and children. Try necessary.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    250 г

  • Banana

  • Dark chocolate

    200 г

  • Cream

  • Almonds

Prepare the ingredients.

Spread the batter in the form.

Cover the top with parchment paper and add dry beans for weight. Bake in the oven at 200-210 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Melt chocolate in cream, stirring regularly, in a water bath.

Take out the baked dough, allow it to cool. Spread on 2 sliced banana. (third banana leave for decoration)

Pour the chocolate cream (ganache) and decorate the top with banana.

Fry on a dry pan the almonds until Golden brown, sprinkle them with our dessert. (You can use nuts or coconut)
